EON vegetable pâtés are the first thermally untreated pâtés on the market, made with innovative dehydration methods from fresh, Greek vegetables from the land of Macedonia. The vegetable content exceeds 80%, which after dehydration are ground with herbs and olive oil.

With the dehydration method, an intense, concentrated taste of fresh vegetable is achieved, with a very small quantity and a long shelf life without the addition of preservatives, maintaining the valuable nutritional value of the fresh vegetable.

The pâtés are used as spreads on accompanying snacks or as pastes and flavor enhancers in sauces, as they contain concentrated intensity.
