Tetra pH/KH Plus allows for precise and controlled increase of carbonate hardness (KH). The pH value depends on the KH content and carbon dioxide (CO2). When the CO2 level is stable, the pH value can only be modified by the KH value.

The stable pH level prevents sudden drops in acidity. Optimal regulation of KH and pH is also very important for aquariums with a mixed fish population and conditions similar to the natural environment.

Water parameters should be checked regularly using e.g. Tetra Test 6in1.

• 250 ml per 1000 liters of aquarium water (increase KH by approximately 1°dH)
