  • It is not necessary to use oils or fats when cooking in non-stick cookware.
  • Prefer using cookware on low or medium heat, no higher than 280° C.
  • Do not cook fatty foods until they burn or char.
  • Handle the cookware carefully to maintain the internal non-stick coating.
  • Recommendations for cooking tools: use wooden, plastic, and silicone tools.
  • Ensure that the handles are secure and well attached before use.
  • Clean the cookware with a sponge and liquid dish detergent.
  • The use of a dishwasher may discolor the cookware.
