Όχι. Την εφαρμόζω στους πήχεις κυρίως και στις παλάμες, όταν το δέρμα μου είναι πιο ξηρό και ταλαιπωρημένο,δηλαδή ούτε καν κάθε μέρα και κυρίως το χειμώνα.
Βεβαίως !!! κ πιό πολύ το βράδυ
