Attention, after my purchase (around €55) and the receipt of my product, I found that the replacement part, although externally 100% identical, is poorly designed internally. One could say it has an expiration date.

Το λαμπάκι επανήλθε και υπαίτιος είναι η καλωδιοταινία. Μετά από 2 μήνες και λίγες μέρες σήμερα Τετάρτη επανήλθε το πρόβλημα.

Εν ολίγοις Πολύ κακο προϊόν. Επειδή πιστεύω πως το eshop που το πούλησε ήξερε τι έδινε και στην τελική δεν ήθελε να βοηθήσει, ντροπή!

After the installation and alignment of the wiring harness according to the instructions, it became immediately apparent that every time the steering wheel turns in any direction, the wiring harness inside sounds like it is rubbing against itself. After contacting the intermediary - the store from which this was purchased, the case went nowhere because they request a lot of documentation.

(One can notice by comparing this replacement part with an original that the wiring harness bends instead of being smooth, it rubs against itself instead of sliding, and there is no plastic protective tape as a guide as there is in the originals to keep the tape as intended, and if the mechanism happens to stop, the plastic should stretch and not the tape).

Be careful before your purchase, stay away from the product in my case imported from a Greek store with the replacement part originating from Poland, and to avoid some hassle, have your replacement part installed by an automotive electrician who is capable of providing you with a stamped report in case you have a similar problem.

At least the airbag light has turned off (15/02/2025), and I am curious to see the lifespan of this replacement part.
