The innovative Weathering Effects range offers modelers a new medium to depict the effects of exposure to weather and extreme climate conditions on vehicles and tanks. The references in the range are formulated with permanent pigments and water-based acrylic resins, providing a wide variety of scenic possibilities such as creating spilled fuel, engine dirt, lichens and moisture, crushed grass, mud splashes, and fuel stains, each developed to represent a specific effect on vehicles and tanks and to showcase their operational history under harsh conditions.
The products can be applied directly to the base, dry quickly, and most allow for immediate further processing except for the Thick Mud, which requires more time to dry completely. Tools can be cleaned with water and soap.
