Unfortunately... even though I directly power it from the battery, even though I have its volume below the middle, even though I have it connected only to the two rear speakers - since the subwoofer is self-amplified - it shuts down if you increase the volume too high!!! In other words, useless, as it cannot amplify the sound as it should... after all, that's its job. Sony's failure...
