The syringe is great, the vials are not. They caused me a terrible irritation, even worse congestion even with isotonic solution. I really don't understand the good reviews. Yes, the syringe is great but the solution worsened my problem. I replaced it with saline solution and calmed down. The sachets are used to create the solution that is specific for nasal rinses. It contains pharmaceutical grade (USP Grade) sodium chloride (salt) and sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) in the appropriate ratio. The resulting solution can be adjusted to be isotonic or hypertonic according to our needs, and it has a specific pH to avoid chemical burns. It does not contain iodine, additives, or preservatives, and it is specially made for nasal rinses.

Anyone can take a teaspoon of salt in a glass of warm water and apply it, the sachets inside contain simple salt and no special-secret formula.

If you don't mind doing the process to prepare it, it does a fine job. Of course, it's not as effective as medicine, but you also don't use cortisone, e.g. dexarhinaspray. It serves its purpose exactly. It cleans the nose very well, as long as the user is consistent and persists in using it properly. What comes out of the nose that we don't know exists is a surprise for anyone who thinks their nose breathes well. The result in improving breathing is impressive, and those who judge it negatively probably made completely wrong use (or no use at all).

It is worth its money and more. During this period when germs are circulating everywhere, it helps in immediate decongestion of the nose. It is not chemical, so the body does not need to be burdened with anything. Anyone who doesn't have it is missing a unique opportunity to, instead of taking medications that have no effect on the nose, make a simple move with water and a nasaline packet. I don't have the ability to give more than 5, otherwise I would give 10.

First of all, it arrived with a broken syringe. To avoid dealing with returns, etc., I went to the pharmacy and bought the same one, 60ml for 0.60 euros!!! Essentially, the money is all for the soft rubber tip it has.
I tried it with very little pressure and also with high pressure. And with more rinses than recommended (250ml). It provides relief for a minute and then it's the same again...

The syringe is excellent. The nasaline salt is not. I put a little table salt in lukewarm tap water. Everything is OK. The syringe never breaks.

End to the sprays that cause addiction and companies hide it!!! Stay away!!! I suffered, learned, and escaped, luckily I had a good ENT!!
