I bought this steam iron in June 2025. Unfortunately, 10 days ago, while I was holding it in my hand, there was a bang and it stopped working.

Good for the money. After the Dyson, I go over it 4 to 5 times and get an incredible result on bleached hair, half of which is not in good condition! Always use a strong heat protectant, of course, and not above 190 degrees, especially for frequent use, up to 180 degrees.

I've had it for over a year already and I have to say that I am fully satisfied, honestly it's worth the money!

Excellent for the money! Easy to use, good build quality, I have had it for almost a year with moderate use and it works perfectly. The only thing I miss, since I have also used a steampod, is the built-in comb, which saves you quite a bit of effort, as all steam straighteners are significantly heavier than a simple flat iron, but I would not pay 200+ euros more for such a detail. 10/10 if you are looking for a VFM straightener to get the job done without breaking the bank.

I bought this specific hair straightener in September. After 2 months of use, it stopped producing steam and made a strange noise. I have relatively curly hair and I can say that it straightened it to a satisfactory degree, however, I had noticed that my ends were split even though I used heat protection. After about 10 months of use, the plates almost stopped heating even though the straightener was getting power normally, as the indicator was blinking and the buttons were working fine. I would not recommend it, it is not worth the money, it didn't even last a year.

Great straightener, it heated up quickly and straightened very fast, it was top. I didn’t use the steam much because I made curls that also held, of course after two months it stopped working.
I had read comments that theirs burned out and stopped working and in the end they were right

This is the second hair straightener I buy from the same company. The previous one had large plates and lasted about 7 years, when it suddenly stopped working, but I said ok... it lasted quite a few years.
The second one I bought is this particular model, where with the steam function I used it maybe 2-3 times and then it stopped producing anything. I said ok, never mind... but the worst happened on Easter Sunday when it exploded in my hands and even caught fire... while I was straightening my hair. In my misfortune, I was lucky that nothing happened to me

I think it was the best choice, it straightens very well with long-lasting results and doesn't frizz!! I highly recommend it. It's worth every penny 100%. It can also curl, but ideally in combination with rollers for longer-lasting curls!

In general, I have fine hair, somewhere between straight and wavy, which straightens relatively easily. For 10 years, I had an old model from the same company with wider ceramic plates, and I was very satisfied until it broke. So I decided to get this one for a change.
With the use I've given it so far, it seems very good, it does its job. It produces steam but nothing impressive; anyone who wants a device that mainly works with steam should try something different and definitely more expensive.

Okay, it's not a Steampod, but it's an honest imitation. For long wavy hair it works, but that's about it.
