The advantages of the steel pan include its weight, as it weighs less than a comparable cast iron pan. Carbon steel pans heat up quickly and also cool down quickly. The cleaning and maintenance process is similar to that of cast iron cookware and improves with use.

Note: Preparation is required before first use (seasoning). Some foods may stick during the first uses, so use more oil or prefer to cook fattier foods. If using the cookware on a gas stove or natural gas, be careful of the flame so that it does not pass from the sides of the cookware.

Tip: Its size is ideal for 2-4 servings of food.
