    - The plate is aluminum and not inox.
    - It does not have a buzzer to notify you when boiling is complete - you have to stay right there until the light goes off.
    - It does not have the necessary metal pin for piercing the eggs, only a plastic tip that does not work.
    - The water measurer does not account for fewer eggs, only for the full capacity of 14...
    For comparison, I show a proper measurer from another company that I have.
