I was very satisfied. The cats took a little while to get used to it. I had no issues with the connection, neither at the beginning nor after we moved. We have had it for over a year and it is very convenient, especially when we go on trips because our cats eat many times a day. I should mention, of course, that I bought it at a big discount for €55 from the eShop, which is why for me it is value for money.

While everything was working normally, I changed the internet and it wouldn't connect. After several resets and attempts, it never connected again, resulting in me being unable to use it

I still haven't managed to connect it to the wifi so that it works automatically! We have tried from different phones, different routers...nothing wants to connect with anything! Wasted money I threw away for a useless device!

I have had this feeder for 6 months. For the most part, everything was going well. A major problem from the beginning was always the fact that the bin and the portioning wheel do not come out to be washed for cleaning. However, the biggest problem I am facing now is that after moving, it could not reconnect with the app, so it cannot be used. There is no customer service, barely a company to turn to for resolving the issue.. and so I have a €100 feeder that I cannot use..

After 4 months of operation, I have to say that I have not encountered any problems with this particular model. The automatic feeding works flawlessly. The notifications that come to my phone are always accurate and at the right times (at the times I have set). It has never jammed on me, each portion is consistently 6.5-7 grams (this is also affected by the size of the kibble, shape, etc.), and that is the important part. The only adjustment I made is that I positioned it with a slight tilt forward so that the dry food slides down more easily. Overall, it has significantly improved my daily life. I definitely recommend it without reservation.

I bought it a few days ago, from a well-known eShop for about 60€. It comes in handy if you have a pet inside the house. You download the "Smart Life - Smart Living" app and from there on, once your mobile is connected to the device, everything becomes very simple. It also has a programmed time and quantity of food for the pet, as well as voice messages that are heard at mealtime to "call" it. It works with a USB charger, which is included, but also with 3 D batteries (not included in the package). I haven't had the chance to check all the functions yet, but I believe it is worth its money and more.

It's exactly what I was looking for! They have thought of everything. You program it from the application, it has a button in the front with double click for manual finding, you can do whatever you want with it, it connects to wifi and when the food is finished or about to finish, it even better notifies you by sending a push notification to refill. Fantastic, I got it for just under €80. Worth every penny.

I have had the product for over a month. Its use is daily and it is programmed through the app on the mobile phone for automatic feeding in the morning and afternoon. This way, I avoided my cat waking me up for breakfast on weekends. Easy connection with the mobile phone app, excellent that you can record your voice on the device and it plays the recorded voice when it dispenses the food, calling the cat for a meal. It has a large storage container for dry food, securely closed to keep the food safe and fresh. It offers many options for programming and the quantity of food that comes out on the built-in tray. However, you can also feed your pet at any time through the app, outside of the scheduled meals. It has not presented any problems. My cat loves it, it is an excellent product. I highly recommend it.
