This particular 'tool' I bought for fun mainly because I knew from the beginning that it wouldn't do what it promises mainly. Initially, the strap with the rubber was connected with a clip that didn't even close, you just put it in a slot and with the second or third pull it came out of place, making it inconvenient, also the 'cases' for the fingers couldn't hold well on all fingers as they were all the same size so it didn't do a proper job again. Finally, if you want to take it to actually work, I wouldn't recommend it at all, better buy a dumbbell or do exercises with weights, now if you want to buy it like I did it's your choice.
