Biology is a science as alive as the subject it studies, which is life itself. It cannot be confined to the narrow space of the classroom. It extends into the broader environment, both natural and human-made, where it intersects with other sciences and everyday life.

The Workbook was created to accompany you on a journey of discovering the beauty of both Biology and life itself. Within its pages, you will find much information not included in the student's book, as well as instructions that will help you explore other resources (libraries, various institutions, natural environments, etc.), where you will discover new information related to biological phenomena and their interactions.

Some of the suggested activities are group-based, which will help you communicate and collaborate with your classmates. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to resolve any questions you may have and form opinions that you will support and present to your classmates or in other settings outside of school.
