The Folio Steel by English brand Joseph Joseph (black) is a stylish set of 4 chopping boards, each designated for a different type of food. Each board in the set has a different color on the handle and the bases, depending on the type of food it is intended for:

  • Red for meat
  • Blue for fish
  • Green for vegetables
  • White for cooked foods

Using a different chopping board for each type of food prevents the "mixing" of foods and odors, enhancing taste and hygiene in the kitchen. All the chopping boards are made from special plastic that does not dull the knife blade and have rubber bases for stability during use.

When not in use, the chopping boards are stored in a luxurious stainless steel case, resistant to fingerprints. This case ensures the appropriate distance between the chopping boards, allowing them to dry properly and hygienically.
