    I shave daily and I have very tough facial hair and I shave daily at 4 - 4.5. In the beginning (5-6 months), it shaved very well! The long handle is quite convenient, it cleans easily, it's predictable, it glides with its weight without any pressure at all and as a result, it was more than satisfactory with many different razors I tried. Also, it's very hard to "slip" and cut yourself.
    I give it 2 stars because after about 6 months, each side started shaving differently. One less and the other more aggressively. I tried to shave at 2.5 and I cut myself while my skin got very irritated, something that hadn't happened until then. I sent an email to Germany and they replied that it is "normal" and I need to "adjust the blade," but not from the "button" below which is its only setting, but by moving the blade before I tighten it! The machine is spotless and has never fallen. The idea of "adjusting the blade" sounds ridiculous to me, like having a problem with your car and the dealership telling you it's normal, adjust the valves before you start.
    I tried it but saw absolutely no change.
    Great disappointment because I liked it a lot visually.
    On one side, there is a notch and a triangle that should go on the same side. I tried not to put them that way but still nothing.
    Disappointment.
