Ναι, η κάρτα φυσικά και θα δουλέψει αλλά η απόδοση της θα πέσει σημαντικά. Στις περισσότερες περιπτώσεις ακόμα και οι semi-budget κάρτες χρησιμοποιούν και τα 16 pcie lanes. Η 4060 όμως, χρησιμοποιεί μόνο τα 8 lanes και σε συνδιασμό με την μισή ταχύτητα του pcie 3 θα αντιμετωπίσεις bottlenecking.
