    Terrible choice: Noisy, if you set it to silent mode it produces very little air inside and outside it sounds like a tractor... At low temperatures it often stops for 15 minutes to do automatic defrosting, resulting in the room getting cold again. Not worth the money...

    Tested in Cooling: silent external unit [12000btu] and internal unit when desired temperature is reached, good sensors, temperature adjustment in half scale (e.g. 26.5), very good for winter 2023-2024.

    Tested in summer with the first heatwaves, the machine [9000btu] is very good, works in a house with old windows exposed to sun all day. Temperature 25 degrees inside, 40 degrees outside.
    It has a setting for silent operation indoors, you can't even tell it's working, especially for sleep. Quality construction, no vibrations - motor noise, perfect operation. I have installed 2 units, no regrets about the purchase.

    Tested in Cooling: silent external unit [12000btu] and internal unit when desired temperature is reached, good sensors, temperature adjustment in half scale (e.g. 26.5), very good for winter 2023-2024.

    Tested in summer with the first heatwaves, the machine [9000btu] is very good, works in a house with old windows exposed to sun all day. Temperature 25 degrees inside, 40 degrees outside.
    It has a setting for silent operation indoors, you can't even tell it's working, especially for sleep. Quality construction, no vibrations - motor noise, perfect operation. I have installed 2 units, no regrets about the purchase.
