Οχι, δεν αναγράφονται συστατικά. Είναι ένα mix μπαχαρικών και φαντάζομαι οτι τα ακριβή συστατικά δεν αναγράφονται, ώστε να μην αποκαλυφθεί η "συνταγή". Ωστόσο να σας προτεινω, αν δεν υπάρχει αλλεργία, να το δοκιμάσετε. Είναι υπέροχο!
