    Compared to thermal pastes, I didn't notice much difference; I used Kryonaut, Arctic MX4, 5, 6, 7.
What I consider a big convenience, and the reason I bought it, is that it doesn't need to be replaced all the time and that I don't spend half an hour cleaning off pastes.
Although I've only been using it for a few months, I haven't had any problems so far. The only downside is perhaps the steep price, but it's partly justified by the fact that you put it on and forget about it

I don't think I'll ever use thermal paste again in my life.
No dirt and residue from the inductive, you apply it easily, quickly, you can't go wrong with its placement, even if it's your first time building a PC.
Excellent with temperatures, in my system I didn't see any difference coming from the Grizzly Kryonat thermal paste.

Expensive but excellent. The CPU temperatures on which I have tested it (5800x3d and 7800x3d) are similar to the top traditional pastes. It does not stain the CPU and does not require cleaning when you change it. If you place it and remove it carefully (it is fragile), you can reuse it.

It does what it says, on a 13600K it keeps the temperatures low
