Grinding sheet for a random orbit sander from the company Metabo. The grit of the sandpaper is K60. The higher the number of the sandpaper, the greater the density of the grains per square millimeter. In small numbers (e.g. 24, 36, 40…) we have fewer grains but larger diameter, ideal for quickly smoothing rough surfaces, while in large numbers (e.g. 180, 220, 320…) we have more grains with smaller diameter, ideal for intense sanding and smooth finishing.
The action when sanding with the sander is clearly greater than when sanding by hand.
