WHITE TEA BAI MU DAN

General characteristics: Originating from China, BAI MU DAN tea is a refreshing and invigorating beverage with a sweet and tart, fruity flavor. It grows in the southeastern province of Jiangxi in China and is called "white peony" because of the beautiful shape the leaves take as they enter hot water. This organic tea is made from the first two leaves at the top of the plant and the bud inside it.

PREPARATION PROCESS: While it is generally believed that white tea should be brewed at low temperatures (70-80 °C), it is recommended to boil at 90 °C. Brewing times can be experimented with for different results.
