The blade of the Helle Hellefisk knife is made from stainless steel 12C27, and the handle is made of Cork. The Hellefisk knife comes with a leather sheath. Weighing just 64 grams (without the sheath), and with a cork handle, the Hellefisk knife is designed to float if it falls into the water.
