Description

The casters are the latest addition to office chair replacement parts. It is a replacement set of 5 casters that incorporates all the features you want from such a product. This caster provides smooth and silent rolling without annoying squeaks, thanks to its sturdy construction and the appropriate materials used. 

The soft elastic polyurethane that surrounds the wheel makes it ideal for any type of surface without damaging it. The rolling is smooth whether your chair is on a wooden floor, tile, carpet, or anywhere else.

Material

The connecting shafts (dowels) with the chair base are made of high-quality steel, while the other metal parts of the caster are made of aerospace-grade steel.
The bearing is of high-quality ABEC 9 type.
The rim of the caster is made of hard nylon plastic, specially designed for such applications.
The wheel is made of transparent elastic polyurethane that surrounds the rim.

Installation

Replacing the casters is easy without tools. Pull the old casters from the chair base and remove them. Then, insert the new replacement casters by pushing the pin into the socket until it locks.

  • Thickness at the wheels: 2.5cm
  • Height without the pin: 8.83cm

    It will raise your chair a little, but you can lower it all the way down, so the shock absorber doesn’t get damaged either! Nothing like the plastic casters: they don’t stick, they don’t squeak, they don’t scratch the floor, and most importantly, they don’t break for anything! They go in very easily, but pay attention to the diameter of the hole they’ll fit into. Literally, the chair took off. Now I know for the next chair (silicone wheels and green shock absorber - 130+ Kg).

    The service again from Skroutz last mile is another painful story. I’m still waiting for them to reply... At some point, even though the factory had them ready from the 2nd day, they arrived just before a month had passed...

    Also, they do not pull hairs and because they are bigger, if you have a carpet or something similar, they will slide much easier than the small ones.
