Description

This work, which will be completed in five volumes, constitutes a comprehensive collection and systematization of all opinions supported in theory and jurisprudence regarding the interpretation of the articles of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

It is addressed to the practitioner of the law, as well as to the theorist, providing a valuable tool for the interpretation of the CCP. In addition to the general bibliography, each interpreted article includes specific references to literature, in order to facilitate further analysis and research for the reader.

In the revised edition of the first volume of the work, the provisions of the new CCP (Law 4620/2019) are presented, compared to those of the previously applicable CCP/1950, while systematic references are made to the critical case law of the ECHR and the CJEU that affects the interpretation and application of the new provisions.

At the end of the volume, there are detailed indexes, alphabetical and by legal provisions, which make the work a user-friendly and essential tool.
