Built for rapid, light movements across all terrains, the MTN Trainer Lite Mid performs excellently on rocks. The TPU upper fabric, resistant to wear yet lightweight, features leather details for stability and is paired with an interior GORE-TEX® Extended Comfort lining for durable waterproofing without compromising breathability. The unique boot mid-cut construction includes the trademark 3F system that links the arch, sole, and heel for a comfortable, supportive, and flexible fit. Further supported by the EVA midsole for long-term rebound. For additional stability and protection, there is a flexible ankle sleeve, heel stabilizer, and rubber cap. The foot retains good freedom of movement while feeling supported. With lacing extending to the toe for better adjustment and precision on technical terrain. Underfoot, the sole ensures reliable traction thanks to Pomoca rubber and the tread pattern with deep lugs and grooves, capable of handling a variety of terrains from mud and grass to rocks, ice, and snow.
