Καλησπερα. Όταν το κάθισμα κοιτάζει μπροστά και το top tether είναι σφικτα δεμενο (όπως πρέπει δηλαδη) το κάθισμα περιστρεφεται ή "ακυρωνεται" αυτή η δυνατοτητα; Πρέπει να το σφίγγει ο γονιος κάθε φορά που στρίβει το καθισμα και το επαναφέρει στην αρχική θεση;
