I usually suffer from aquagenic pruritus during the winter months. It's rare, just like my very fair complexion for a Greek woman. After showering, even with antihistamines and the products recommended by my allergist, there were times when the itching all over my body drove me crazy. I reduced the number of showers out of fear of what would follow, but the only medical answer I received was that just as it appeared suddenly, it would go away the same way. After some research, I applied Septona baby oil to my body, then washed with this shower gel, and finally used a new cream from A-Derma. No itching, nor the feeling that I'm slathered in cream.
