    We use it daily either preventively or therapeutically for our little one, 3 years old. The truth is that the special bottle that comes with the sachets is very harsh and annoying. I tried it myself and heard it in stereo (never again!). However, with a special nasal syringe, it is more tolerable for the child. Surely no saline solution is pleasant, but it is definitely much more effective than simple saline. I also consider it better than the PhysioMer-type products because those don't fully clear the nose (the mucus doesn't come out from the other nostril like with this one). We buy it all the time and just use a nasal syringe instead of the dispensing bottle.
