2 το μεσημερι και 2 το βραδυ μετα το φαι ειναι λιγο βαρυ χαπι αλλα κανει καλη δουλεια
4 τη μέρα για ένα μήνα και 2 τη μέρα για τους επόμενους 2 μήνες για άμεσα αποτελέσματα.. Αλλιώς 2 τη μέρα (συμβουλή δερματολόγου)
