Από 2 μέχρι 4 . Το λέει & στις οδηγίες. Εσύ αποφασίζεις. Προσωπικά επιλέγω 4 έχουν καλύτερο αποτέλεσμα. Βέβαια με 4 χάπια ημερησίως το κουτί διαρκεί 1 μήνα (ενημερωτικά το λέω)
