S/FTP PiMF shielding combines aluminum foil around each conductor pair with an overall aluminum braid. It is compatible with PoE, PoE+, UPoE, 4PPoE, and HDBaseT.

The contacts are gold-plated to 50 μm, while both connectors feature snag protection and a latch guard. The cable has stranded 26/7 copper conductors and an LSZH jacket that is flame-retardant and halogen-free.
