Instructions for use
Take one (1) tablet daily, preferably every morning. The total duration of the treatment is 3 months and it can be repeated after a 2-month break. Every case is different. Try it, and whatever happens. I bought it without having any hope that it would do anything after reading the comments here. My right ear was buzzing and had lost a lot of low and mid frequencies in half of the speech spectrum. I practically couldn't hear anything from my right ear, plus the fact that I was bothered by the slightest noise, the ear buzzed even louder, as if it was in correlation with external sounds. Even if two people were inside a room and talking, I would go crazy. I was constantly wearing earplugs. I had the problem for about 7 months, and it was getting worse. The reason I didn't go to the doctor immediately was because I had experienced the same thing to a lesser degree before, but it had gone away on its own in 10 days without doing anything. The second time, I thought it would go away again, like the first time. But months were passing and I didn't see any improvement, so I finally went to the doctor, albeit late.
In the audiogram, the black line shows how the ear was before and the red line shows 6 months later, after I had taken 4+ boxes of memovigor2. Now I have no problem, the only thing I may have noticed is a slight ringing, but it is so imperceptible that in order to hear it I have to be in a completely quiet place and somehow force myself to try to hear it because I don't always succeed. I hope it lasts. It has been about 7 months now that I am fine. Take it and whatever happens. But don't expect immediate results. Give it time. Give it at least three months.

Το δεξί μου αυτί βούιζε, και είχε χάσει πάρα πολύ από χαμηλές και μεσαίες συχνότητες στο μισό φάσμα της ομιλίας. Πρακτικά δεν άκουγα σχεδόν καθόλου από το δεξί, συν το γεγονός ότι είχα ενοχλήσεις με τη παραμικρή φασαρία, βούιζε ακόμα πιο έντονα το αυτί, σαν να πήγαινε σε συνάρτηση με τους εξωτερικούς ήχους. Έστω και δυο άτομα να ήταν μέσα σε εσωτερικό χώρο και να μίλαγαν, τρελενομουν. Ήμουν όλο με οτοασπιδα. Το πρόβλημα το είχα κάπου 7 μήνες, και όσο πήγαινε χειροτέρευε κιόλας. Ο λόγος που δεν είχα πάει γιατρό αμέσως ήταν γιατί πιο πριν είχα πάθει το ίδιο σε μικρότερο βαθμό, αλλά είχε περάσει μόνο του σε 10 μέρες χωρίς να κάνω κάτι. Τη δεύτερη φορά είχα θεωρήσει ότι θα φύγει πάλι, όπως τη πρώτη. Όμως πέρναγαν οι μήνες και βελτίωση δεν έβλεπα, οπότε έτρεξα μετά στο γιατρό, αν και καθυστερημένα.
Στο ακουογραμμα, η μαύρη γραμμή είναι πως ήταν το αυτί πριν και η κόκκινη 6 μήνες μετά, αφού πρώτα είχα πάρει 4+κούτες memovigor2. Τώρα δεν έχω κανένα πρόβλημα, το μοναδικό ίσως που έχω προσέξει είναι μια ελάχιστη εμβοή, αλλά είναι τόσο ανεπαίσθητη που για να την ακούσω πρέπει να να είμαι σε μέρος τέρμα ήσυχο, και να αναγκάσω τον εαυτό μου κάπως να προσπαθήσει για να την ακούσει γιατί δε το καταφέρνω πάντα. Last November, I suddenly developed buzzing in both ears after an infection and it never stopped. I had an MRI and it was clear. The ENT raised his hands in the air like they usually do in these cases from what I understand. Then I tried ginkgo biloba for a month, which did nothing. So, I had some hope for this product. τον περασμενο νοεμβρη εμφανισα ξαφνικα εμβοες και στα δυο αυτια υστερα απο ιωση κ δεν σταματησαν ποτε.. εκανα μαγνητικη κ ηταν καθαρη.. ο ΩΡΛ σηκωσε τα χερια ψηλα με την μια οπως κανουν συνηθως σε αυτες τις περιπτωσεις απο οσο εχω καταλαβει... επειτα δοκιμασα gingo biloba για ενα μηνα το οποιο δεν εκανε τπτ...αφησα λοιπον μια ελπιδα σε αυτο το σκευασμα ..καμια βοηθεια υστερα απο 3 μηνες ληψη.. εγω σας συμβουλευω να μην εχετε μεγαλες προσδοκιες για το σκευασμα για να μην απογοητευτειτε...κ σε οσους γραφουν οτι τους βοηθησε πιστευω απλα εφυγαν απο μονες τους γτ αυτο συμβαινει σε αρκετες περιπτωσεις. δοκιμαστε το αλλα μην εχετε υψηλες προσδοκιες και ισως σας τυχει ενα θαυμα κ οχι μια απογοητευση ! σας ευχομαι καλη υπομονη γτ ειναι μια δυσκολη κατασταση που δεν σε αφηνει να ησυχασεις κ μονο καποιος με το ιδιο θεμα μπορει να σας καταλαβει...
So guys, I had a very bad experience with tinnitus that started about 10 years ago in my left ear. At first it was just a slight buzzing, mainly when it was quiet. As for the supplement, it's good for someone to try it. When you have tinnitus, you try anything that might help—whatever works is good. But for me, it didn't help, I didn't see any difference. Both my mother and I tried it, but it didn't help us. My mother has tinnitus without hearing loss, while I have both, so perhaps the tinnitus comes from different causes.

Λοιπόν παιδιά, είχα μια πολύ άσχημη εμπειρία με εμβοές που ξεκίνησαν πριν από περίπου 10 χρόνια στο αριστερό αυτί. Στην αρχή ήταν μόνο ένα ελαφρύ βουητό, κυρίως όταν υπήρχε ησυχία. Τα τελευταία χρόνια όμως η απώλεια ακοής έγινε έντονη, σε σημείο που φοράω ακουστικό στο ένα αυτί, και το βουητό είναι τόσο δυνατό που ξεπερνά ακόμα και τους εξωτερικούς ήχους μέσα στην ημέρα.
Όσο για το σκεύασμα, καλό είναι να το δοκιμάσει κανείς. Όταν έχεις εμβοές, δοκιμάζεις ό,τι μπορεί να βοηθήσει — ό,τι δουλέψει είναι καλό. Σε εμένα όμως δεν βοήθησε, δεν είδα καμία διαφορά. Τώρα δεν ξέρω αν προστατεύει ώστε να μη γίνει χειρότερο, αλλά σίγουρα σε αυτή την τιμή δεν μπορώ να το παίρνω για πάντα.
Το δοκιμάσαμε και εγώ και η μητέρα μου, αλλά δεν μας βοήθησε. Η μητέρα μου έχει εμβοές χωρίς απώλεια ακοής, ενώ εγώ έχω και απώλεια, οπότε πιθανόν οι εμβοές να προέρχονται από διαφορετικές αιτίες.
Όπως λένε όλοι, το υπερβολικό άγχος κάνει μεγάλο κακό. Μακριά από ανθρώπους και καταστάσεις που σας στεναχωρούν. Καλύτερα να μην έχεις να φας, παρά να επηρεαστεί η υγεία σου.
Επίσης, μην τα βάζετε κάτω. Εγώ πάντα δοκιμάζω διάφορα πράγματα. Τους τελευταίους μήνες παίρνω και ginkgo biloba, χωρίς να δω διαφορά μέχρι στιγμής, αλλά συνεχίζω — μπορεί να το πάρω και έναν χρόνο. Παράλληλα ξεκίνησα και κάποιες ασκήσεις για τον λαιμό μου, γιατί κάτι δεν πάει καλά εκεί.
Πάντως να ξέρετε ότι το βουητό είναι τόσο δυνατό που απορώ αν υπάρχει κάποιος που να ακούει τόσο έντονα όσο εγώ… αλλά αντέχω. Αυτό που δεν αντέχω άλλο είναι επιπλέον άγχος πέρα από αυτό.

The packaging does not state that it contains potassium and magnesium, but in a study from a hospital, it says it contains these two. I cannot take potassium, because my levels are a bit high and my cardiologist has told me not to eat vegetables and bananas, let alone take a supplement.

I suffered sudden hearing loss in my right ear by 30% at low frequencies and 2 ENT doctors who examined me suggested taking cortisone, which should be done at the first symptoms to be effective, if it is, because as they also told me, it is not guaranteed. Unfortunately, this did not happen and instead I started to hear a very loud ringing in my ear that would not even let me sleep. At some point, I started taking memovigor on the recommendation of an ENT to see if it would help. The first 2 months I was really saved, the ringing subsided to the point where it was either not heard at all or was a very faint hum that did not bother me during sleep. But in the 3rd month, even though I had not stopped the treatment, the ringing started again. Since then, sometimes it subsides to the point that I forget about it and sometimes it comes back even stronger. So for me, it helped at first but not later on. So it depends on the case. In any case, it did not cause me any side effects.

Αυτό δυστυχώς δεν έγινε και αντιθέτως άρχισα να ακούω πολύ έντονο σφύριγμα στο αυτί που δεν με άφηνε και να κοιμηθώ. Ξεκίνησα κάποια στιγμή να παίρνω το memovigor με σύσταση ΩΡΛ μήπως βοηθήσει. Τους πρώτους 2 μήνες πραγματικά είχα σωθεί, υποχώρησε το σφύριγμα σε σημείο που ή δεν ακουγόταν καθόλου ή ήταν ένα πολύ αχνό βουητό που δεν με ενοχλούσε στον ύπνο. Όμως τον 3ο μήνα, ενώ δεν είχα σταματήσει την αγωγή άρχισε πάλι το σφύριγμα. Από τότε, πότε υποχωρεί σε σημείο που το ξεχνάω και πότε επανέρχεται ακόμα πιο δυνατό. Σε μένα δηλ. βοήθησε στις αρχές αλλά όχι και στη συνέχεια. Οπότε εξαρτάται την περίπτωση. Πάντως δεν μου προκάλεσε παρενέργειες.

My review can only be based on my strictly personal experience and cannot include the general results of use. From this perspective, I am forced to give the product a very low rating as, from the second day of using it, I began to experience symptoms of severe dry skin, mainly on my face and especially in the area around my nose. After the fourth day of use, it turned into severe acne in that area. It should be noted that I normally have quite oily skin. When I mentioned the symptoms to my doctor (who had recommended them to me), she admitted that such side effects could occur depending on the individual, due to a possible hypervitaminosis (in B if I remember correctly). However, the usage instructions did not mention any side effects at normal dosage, which I considered very wrong. I stopped using them, and from the very next day, my skin began to gradually return to normal. After what I have mentioned, obviously, I could NOT recommend them to anyone else, regardless of whether they might or might not have the same symptoms. Απ' αυτή την άποψη, αναγκάζομαι να βάλω πολύ χαμηλή βαθμολογία στο προϊόν καθώς, απ' τη 2η κιόλας μέρα χρήσης του, άρχισα να έχω συμπτώματα έντονης ξηροδερμίας, κυρίως στο πρόσωπο και ειδικά σε όλη την περιοχή γύρω απ' τη μύτη. Μετά κι απ' την 4η μέρα χρήσης, μου γύρισε σε έντονη ακμή στην περιοχή αυτή. Να σημειωθεί ότι κανονικά έχω αρκετά λιπαρό δέρμα.
Αναφέροντας τα συμπτώματα στη γιατρό μου (που μου τα είχε συστήσει), παραδέχτηκε ότι θα μπορούσαν να υπήρχαν τέτοιες παρενέργειες κατά περίπτωση ατόμου, λόγω μιας πιθανής υπερβιταμίνωσης (στην B αν θυμάμαι καλά). Στις οδηγίες χρήσεις ωστόσο δεν αναφερόταν καμία παρενέργεια σε κανονική δοσολογία πράμα που το θεώρησα πολύ λάθος.
Έκοψα τη χρήση τους και από την επόμενη κιόλας μέρα άρχισε να επανέρχεται σταδιακά το δέρμα μου σε κανονική κατάσταση.
Μετά από τα όσα σας ανέφερα, προφανώς και ΔΕ θα μπορούσα να τα συστήσω σε κανέναν άλλον, ανεξάρτητα με το κατά πόσο θα μπορούσε να είχε ή να μην είχε τα ίδια συμπτώματα.
Πολύ κρίμα πάντως γιατί, όσα καλά αναφέρει ότι κάνει, τα θεωρώ πολύ χρήσιμα... αν και δε πρόλαβα να τα διαπιστώσω σε εμένα.
Well, at the age of 34, the tinnitus suddenly started, after MRIs and other tests everything was fine.. Λοιπόν στην ηλικία των 34 άρχισαν ξαφνικά οι εμβοές,μετά από μαγνητικές και λοιπές εξετάσεις όλα οκ..απελπισμένη εγώ στον ωρλ πως θα συνεχίσω από εδώ κ πέρα με αυτόν τον συνεχόμενο ήχο μου πρότεινε να τα πάρω αλλά χωρίς να περιμένω αποτέλεσματα ήταν κάτι του τύπου ας κάνουμε κ αυτό αφού δεν βοηθάει κάτι άλλο αλλα μην περιμενεις κ πολλά. .πήρα τη θεραπεία 4 μήνες..πραγματικά μόλις μπήκα στον 3 μήνα από το 10 στα 10 ο ήχος είχε φτάσει στα 2/10.. πήρα ακόμα ένα μήνα στον οποίο έγινε σταδιακή διακοπή..δεν έχουν φύγει όμως πλέον δεν με επηρεάζει καθόλου.Δεν εχω ξαναπαρει σχεδον 1 χρόνο τίποτα.Ισως συνήθισε και ο εγκέφαλος τι να πω..πάντως με άριστα το 10 τα βαθμολογώ με 100!Για όσους μπήκαν σε τέτοια ταλαιπωρία πρόσφατα κρατάτε ΔΥΝΑΤΑ μπορεί να φαίνεται τρέλα στην αρχή αλλά ο χρόνος τα κάνει όλα συνήθεια σε σημείο που δεν ακούς τίποτα...ΥΠΟΜΟΝΗ σε όλους..

Every case is different. Try it, and whatever happens. I bought it without having any hope that it would do anything after reading the comments here. My right ear was buzzing and had lost a lot of low and mid frequencies in half of the speech spectrum. τον περασμενο νοεμβρη εμφανισα ξαφνικα εμβοες και στα δυο αυτια υστερα απο ιωση κ δεν σταματησαν ποτε.. εκανα μαγνητικη κ ηταν καθαρη.. ο ΩΡΛ σηκωσε τα χερια ψηλα με την μια οπως κανουν συνηθως σε αυτες τις περιπτωσεις απο οσο εχω καταλαβει... επειτα δοκιμασα gingo biloba για ενα μηνα το οποιο δεν εκανε τπτ...αφησα λοιπον μια ελπιδα σε αυτο το σκευασμα ..καμια βοηθεια υστερα απο 3 μηνες ληψη.. εγω σας συμβουλευω να μην εχετε μεγαλες προσδοκιες για το σκευασμα για να μην απογοητευτειτε...κ σε οσους γραφουν οτι τους βοηθησε πιστευω απλα εφυγαν απο μονες τους γτ αυτο συμβαινει σε αρκετες περιπτωσεις. δοκιμαστε το αλλα μην εχετε υψηλες προσδοκιες και ισως σας τυχει ενα θαυμα κ οχι μια απογοητευση ! σας ευχομαι καλη υπομονη γτ ειναι μια δυσκολη κατασταση που δεν σε αφηνει να ησυχασεις κ μονο καποιος με το ιδιο θεμα μπορει να σας καταλαβει...

I bought them because of tinnitus and they didn't help, of course I didn't do the 3-month treatment the doctor suggested because after a month I didn't see any difference so I considered it a waste of money (also after reading other reviews).

I suffered sudden hearing loss in my right ear by 30% at low frequencies and 2 ENT doctors who examined me suggested taking cortisone, which should be done at the first symptoms to be effective, if it is, because as they also told me, it is not guaranteed. The first 2 months I was really saved, the ringing subsided to the point where it was either not heard at all or was a very faint hum that did not bother me during sleep. But in the 3rd month, even though I had not stopped the treatment, the ringing started again. Since then, sometimes it subsides to the point that I forget about it and sometimes it comes back even stronger. So for me, it helped at first but not later on. So it depends on the case. In any case, it did not cause me any side effects.

Τους πρώτους 2 μήνες πραγματικά είχα σωθεί, υποχώρησε το σφύριγμα σε σημείο που ή δεν ακουγόταν καθόλου ή ήταν ένα πολύ αχνό βουητό που δεν με ενοχλούσε στον ύπνο. Όμως τον 3ο μήνα, ενώ δεν είχα σταματήσει την αγωγή άρχισε πάλι το σφύριγμα. Από τότε, πότε υποχωρεί σε σημείο που το ξεχνάω και πότε επανέρχεται ακόμα πιο δυνατό. Σε μένα δηλ. βοήθησε στις αρχές αλλά όχι και στη συνέχεια. Οπότε εξαρτάται την περίπτωση. Πάντως δεν μου προκάλεσε παρενέργειες.

My review can only be based on my strictly personal experience and cannot include the general results of use. From this perspective, I am forced to give the product a very low rating as, from the second day of using it, I began to experience symptoms of severe dry skin, mainly on my face and especially in the area around my nose. After the fourth day of use, it turned into severe acne in that area. It should be noted that I normally have quite oily skin. When I mentioned the symptoms to my doctor (who had recommended them to me), she admitted that such side effects could occur depending on the individual, due to a possible hypervitaminosis (in B if I remember correctly). However, the usage instructions did not mention any side effects at normal dosage, which I considered very wrong. I stopped using them, and from the very next day, my skin began to gradually return to normal. After what I have mentioned, obviously, I could NOT recommend them to anyone else, regardless of whether they might or might not have the same symptoms. It's a shame though because, whatever good things it claims to do, I find them very useful... even though I didn't get to experience them myself.

Απ' αυτή την άποψη, αναγκάζομαι να βάλω πολύ χαμηλή βαθμολογία στο προϊόν καθώς, απ' τη 2η κιόλας μέρα χρήσης του, άρχισα να έχω συμπτώματα έντονης ξηροδερμίας, κυρίως στο πρόσωπο και ειδικά σε όλη την περιοχή γύρω απ' τη μύτη. Μετά κι απ' την 4η μέρα χρήσης, μου γύρισε σε έντονη ακμή στην περιοχή αυτή. Να σημειωθεί ότι κανονικά έχω αρκετά λιπαρό δέρμα.
Αναφέροντας τα συμπτώματα στη γιατρό μου (που μου τα είχε συστήσει), παραδέχτηκε ότι θα μπορούσαν να υπήρχαν τέτοιες παρενέργειες κατά περίπτωση ατόμου, λόγω μιας πιθανής υπερβιταμίνωσης (στην B αν θυμάμαι καλά). Στις οδηγίες χρήσεις ωστόσο δεν αναφερόταν καμία παρενέργεια σε κανονική δοσολογία πράμα που το θεώρησα πολύ λάθος.
Έκοψα τη χρήση τους και από την επόμενη κιόλας μέρα άρχισε να επανέρχεται σταδιακά το δέρμα μου σε κανονική κατάσταση.
Μετά από τα όσα σας ανέφερα, προφανώς και ΔΕ θα μπορούσα να τα συστήσω σε κανέναν άλλον, ανεξάρτητα με το κατά πόσο θα μπορούσε να είχε ή να μην είχε τα ίδια συμπτώματα.
Πολύ κρίμα πάντως γιατί, όσα καλά αναφέρει ότι κάνει, τα θεωρώ πολύ χρήσιμα... αν και δε πρόλαβα να τα διαπιστώσω σε εμένα.
Well, at the age of 34, the tinnitus suddenly started, after MRIs and other tests everything was fine.. Τις εμβοές συνεχίζω να τις ακούω Τις εχω συνηθίσει πλεον. Γίνονται πιο εντονες οταν ειμαι στρεσαρισμένος πχ ελειψη υπνου. Αλλα δεν ειναι τοσο ενοχλητικές πλεον. Μαθαινεις να ζεις με αυτες. Δεν ξερω αν εν τελει με βοηθησε το σκευασμα, γιατι ίσως να βοηθα στην μειωση στρεσαρισματος... Σιγουρα δεν ειναι πανακεια....

Λοιπόν παιδιά, είχα μια πολύ άσχημη εμπειρία με εμβοές που ξεκίνησαν πριν από περίπου 10 χρόνια στο αριστερό αυτί. Στην αρχή ήταν μόνο ένα ελαφρύ βουητό, κυρίως όταν υπήρχε ησυχία. Τα τελευταία χρόνια όμως η απώλεια ακοής έγινε έντονη, σε σημείο που φοράω ακουστικό στο ένα αυτί, και το βουητό είναι τόσο δυνατό που ξεπερνά ακόμα και τους εξωτερικούς ήχους μέσα στην ημέρα.
Όσο για το σκεύασμα, καλό είναι να το δοκιμάσει κανείς. Όταν έχεις εμβοές, δοκιμάζεις ό,τι μπορεί να βοηθήσει — ό,τι δουλέψει είναι καλό. Σε εμένα όμως δεν βοήθησε, δεν είδα καμία διαφορά. Τώρα δεν ξέρω αν προστατεύει ώστε να μη γίνει χειρότερο, αλλά σίγουρα σε αυτή την τιμή δεν μπορώ να το παίρνω για πάντα.
Το δοκιμάσαμε και εγώ και η μητέρα μου, αλλά δεν μας βοήθησε. Η μητέρα μου έχει εμβοές χωρίς απώλεια ακοής, ενώ εγώ έχω και απώλεια, οπότε πιθανόν οι εμβοές να προέρχονται από διαφορετικές αιτίες.
Όπως λένε όλοι, το υπερβολικό άγχος κάνει μεγάλο κακό. Μακριά από ανθρώπους και καταστάσεις που σας στεναχωρούν. Καλύτερα να μην έχεις να φας, παρά να επηρεαστεί η υγεία σου.
Επίσης, μην τα βάζετε κάτω. Εγώ πάντα δοκιμάζω διάφορα πράγματα. Τους τελευταίους μήνες παίρνω και ginkgo biloba, χωρίς να δω διαφορά μέχρι στιγμής, αλλά συνεχίζω — μπορεί να το πάρω και έναν χρόνο. Παράλληλα ξεκίνησα και κάποιες ασκήσεις για τον λαιμό μου, γιατί κάτι δεν πάει καλά εκεί.
Πάντως να ξέρετε ότι το βουητό είναι τόσο δυνατό που απορώ αν υπάρχει κάποιος που να ακούει τόσο έντονα όσο εγώ… αλλά αντέχω. Αυτό που δεν αντέχω άλλο είναι επιπλέον άγχος πέρα από αυτό.
