  • If used for movies in a living room along with a subwoofer, they are worth it. On their own, I find them quite dull. I would like them to have more highs; their bass is barely acceptable. Quality-wise, they are well-built.

  • Connected to an old hifi technics suvz220. Clean sound at moderate volume, satisfactory bass with adjustment. Worth 100% of the 90 euros I bought them for about a year ago

Initially, I got them for front satellites for the Logitech Z-5500, having upgraded various components within the system for -quite- better sound. They are so good that they convinced me to manage and make the sound full spectrum. The final result is divine. I was very lucky to find them for 85 euros, and I would have bought them even at 130. The bass is completely incredible for their small size. The highs are crystal clear. Mids, dialogues, games, movies, music for all tastes, the speakers are unmatched. With my eyes closed, I would buy them again.

Edit: The highs and their clarity on the hi-hats made me return to this review. Very good speakers, and with a subwoofer, they stand as main fronts on a desk. Now at 150, where they are today, it might be a good idea to see what alternatives are available.

Exactly what you need for surround. My Yamaha RX-V565 sees them as large (meaning they have a high bass playback capability). They have a hole for hanging them on the wall with a nail or hook, but not a screw hole. Although their connection is spring clip speaker terminals, these are large and you can easily fit thick-gauge cable. I wish my amplifier had the same.

    Edit:

I bought another pair of Magnat Monitor Supreme 102 speakers and have had them hanging on the wall for a year now with LTC Audio Wall Speaker Brackets SB-24. It needs one screw with a nut, the same size as the screw that holds the two pieces together. I’m up to three pairs now, one surround and 2 Atmos.
