After 20 months in my possession, I must comment that it shuts down on its own for no reason, often notifications from Viber for messages etc. do not come through, the camera is decent during the day although there are clearly better ones in this category. For night shots, it is naturally nonexistent. If you are outside and need to talk on the phone, you cannot hear your interlocutor clearly unless you press the earpiece tightly to your ear. The battery drains quickly but fortunately charges relatively fast. The memory is tragic. It lags a lot and overheats. Generally a bad choice especially for €300 which it was sold for in October 2023. Stay away.

    After a year and a half of use, the time has come for me to comment now that I sold it and found peace.
    I could describe it as a huge disappointment.
    Positives:
    Battery is okay, camera is decent during the day but unacceptable at night, screen is good and quite bright, relatively fast charging.
    Negatives:
    Calls often rang but the phone didn't show who was calling so you could answer,
    Notifications from apps came whenever they wanted, sometimes it rang, sometimes it didn't,
    Photos often didn't display resulting in me losing quite a few, also had issues with connectivity to the computer for backup where I struggled a lot and tried every genuine cable I had, even from Samsung devices, as well as on various computers where I attempted it, the videos it recorded didn't have a continuous flow resulting in choppy images even those intended for social media, and overall a very bad phone, slow and I would say it's barely suitable for elementary school kids.

    Good screen, quite good battery, average photo quality despite the many options it offers. Night and zoom photography is very mediocre to bad. I've had it for 20 days and I haven't seen any delays or freezes. However, it has major software issues. And I explain: a call from Messenger that happened before midnight rang on my phone once at 9 the next morning and once at 4 in the morning, which startled me. Practically, you can't make a video call or watch videos on YouTube or any other app since it doesn't allow you to select an inactivity time longer than 10 minutes. I don't know if others have the same problems. The only good thing is that I got it for just 140 and I'm not crying over spending more money.

    Device VERY mediocre. It sticks quite a bit in all applications, when I receive a call it DOES NOT DISPLAY THE INCOMING CALL. Camera VERY mediocre. Speaker also VERY mediocre. And after the upgrades they made, they made them worse, terrible. Hyper OS tells you afterwards. Only the battery is worth it and it charges quickly. Before I had the note 8T and it was MUCH superior! Camera, performance, screen, speaker.. much superior.. but after 3 years of full day use (games, programs, etc.) the glitches started naturally.. otherwise I would never change it. Disappointment the note 12 5G. Pity. For the features it claims to have (which are not real) it is not worth it. Only for VERY simple use.

    Good evening... I don't understand the negative comments. The phone was purchased from a chain store for 270, which is a very good deal considering it costs 190 here. The screen can be adjusted from the settings, and although it froze a bit when I first opened it, it only took two updates to fix it. It is very fast and doesn't lag at all. It supports 5G everywhere and the screen is wonderful. What else can you ask for at this price? Coming from a supposedly superior Galaxy A53, I didn't see any difference. And in blue color, it looks amazing. For those experiencing issues, adjust the screen to 120 and add a RAM extension of 4+3.

    Battery is okay, camera is decent during the day but unacceptable at night, screen is good and quite bright, relatively fast charging.

    Calls often rang but the phone didn't show who was calling so you could answer,
    Notifications from apps came whenever they wanted, sometimes it rang, sometimes it didn't,
    Photos often didn't display resulting in me losing quite a few, also had issues with connectivity to the computer for backup where I struggled a lot and tried every genuine cable I had, even from Samsung devices, as well as on various computers where I attempted it, the videos it recorded didn't have a continuous flow resulting in choppy images even those intended for social media, and overall a very bad phone, slow and I would say it's barely suitable for elementary school kids.

    Good screen, quite good battery, average photo quality despite the many options it offers. Night and zoom photography is very mediocre to bad. I've had it for 20 days and I haven't seen any delays or freezes. However, it has major software issues. And I explain: a call from Messenger that happened before midnight rang on my phone once at 9 the next morning and once at 4 in the morning, which startled me. Practically, you can't make a video call or watch videos on YouTube or any other app since it doesn't allow you to select an inactivity time longer than 10 minutes. I don't know if others have the same problems. The only good thing is that I got it for just 140 and I'm not crying over spending more money.

    The device was purchased in July 2023 with 128GB and 4GB RAM. I have to say that I expected much more from this phone, but it's not possible due to the 4GB RAM. Even with 8GB RAM, it still lags according to the reviews, so the 200€ spent were wasted

    Good evening... I don't understand the negative comments. The phone was purchased from a chain store for 270, which is a very good deal considering it costs 190 here. The screen can be adjusted from the settings, and although it froze a bit when I first opened it, it only took two updates to fix it. It is very fast and doesn't lag at all. It supports 5G everywhere and the screen is wonderful. What else can you ask for at this price? Coming from a supposedly superior Galaxy A53, I didn't see any difference. And in blue color, it looks amazing. For those experiencing issues, adjust the screen to 120 and add a RAM extension of 4+3.

However, its price is high compared to what you get in return, its camera is one of the worst I have seen in a mobile phone released after 2020, it doesn't perform well when it comes to multitasking, but overall it's okay.     At the price of 200€ that I bought it, I consider it a good value for money mobile phone. It definitely doesn't justify the 300€ that big retail chains have priced it at. It is fast, has a good camera, and excellent call quality. Fast charging (important!!!) I was slightly disappointed by the fact that it doesn't have any substantial difference from the previous Redmi phones I had (Redmi Note 10 5G and Redmi 12C). It still has pre-installed Google applications: phone, contacts, messages. I don't use it for gaming, so I don't have an opinion on that! It has the MIUI 14 operating system. Overall, I am satisfied with its performance so far.

After 20 months in my possession, I must comment that it shuts down on its own for no reason, often notifications from Viber for messages etc. do not come through, the camera is decent during the day although there are clearly better ones in this category. For night shots, it is naturally nonexistent. If you are outside and need to talk on the phone, you cannot hear your interlocutor clearly unless you press the earpiece tightly to your ear. The battery drains quickly but fortunately charges relatively fast. The memory is tragic. It lags a lot and overheats. Generally a bad choice especially for €300 which it was sold for in October 2023. Stay away.
