Former owner of iPhone 5, 6plus, 8 plus, X and XR, I have to say that this is an excellent phone. At first, I was thinking of going for a 16 Pro but I left it for now and got the 12 for my work even though I still use the XR.
If I compare the XR with the 12 Pro, the battery in terms of capacity is more or less the same, but right now I definitely charge the XR three times because of delivery (with 76% battery health) while the 12 with 100% health lasted 12 hours comfortably and from yesterday at 3 in the afternoon when it was at 91%, I charged it today at 7 in the morning with 7% left.
Now, as for the store, everything was perfect, everything arrived in perfect condition with a charger and plug (only the plug was a bit broken) and a screen protector already installed. And a case as a gift. Now for the rest, I will see in the future

Initial price for grade A 420 euros and battery health 86/100. for an additional 50 euros you get a new battery HOWEVER it is their own battery. initially showed health 100/100 after a reboot it did not recognize the battery. To be fair, the phone does not shut down during the day and easily gets 7 hours of use, often reaching 8:30, depending on brightness and whether you are using data. besides that, the phone externally is really like new with the only visible sign of use being on the side mute button. completely satisfied at 470 that it reached with the new battery.

Για να ήμαστε όμως δίκαιοι, το κινητό δεν σβήνει μέσα στην ημέρα και βγάζει άνετα 7 ώρες χρήσης πολλές φορές εχει φτάσει και τις 8:30, εξαρτάται από την φωτεινότητα και έαν χρησιμοποιείς δεδομένα. εκτός αυτού, το κινητό εξωτερικά είναι πραγματικά σαν καινούργιο με το μόνο εμφανές σημάδι χρήσης να είναι στο πλαϊνό πλήκτρο mute. απόλυτα ικανοποιμένος στα 470 που έφτασε με την νέα μπαταρία.

The phone had significant scratches on the screen; also, for future upgrade of the customer experience, it would be good to mention the battery health, because with 84.63% and 623 life cycles it is not considered Grade A. It is also unacceptable that the devices are not sterilized or cleaned before being purchased by the user.
