The Wartmann WM-2110 DH dehydrator is an ideal device for newcomers to food dehydration, offering quality comparable to larger devices. It features a double stainless steel casing and six shelves, ensuring ease of use and stability. The simple settings make it easy to use.

Fresh fruits, vegetables, and herbs can easily be turned into dried snacks and dehydrated soups. Also ideal for making fruit leather and crackers.

The touch control panel includes: on/off switch, timer (30 minutes to 72 hours), and temperature selection (25 °C to 90 °C). After the set time, the device turns off automatically.

Suggested temperature around 60 °C for quick drying, then lowering to 42 °C to maintain quality. The dehydrator has overheat protection and will automatically turn off if the temperature exceeds 100 degrees Celsius.

The trays are dishwasher safe.
