Amazing tool for students of science/engineering schools. It is very fast, faster than the also amazing Casio FX-991EX and significantly faster than the Casio FX-991ES Plus 2nd Edition in demanding calculations like integrals. I mention the two above because they are often its "competitors," or at least I was choosing between them.
I should say that I was initially looking for the famous Casio FX-991EX, but I realized that it is no longer imported/sold and has been replaced by this FX-991CW. The new CW is even faster (it has greater computational power), has some additional functions, and a refreshed design. Personally, I liked the design of the EX and wanted it; it seemed a bit more robust and had some metallic keys, unlike this one, which has a simpler and more minimalist (perhaps also more serious) black design.
A significant change seems to be its menu, which, while perhaps more user-friendly with icons, has the downside that now to do, for example, a conversion from polar to Cartesian coordinates (POL -> REC), you cannot do it directly with a key, but you have to go to the menu by pressing 2-3 keys, making it a bit more time-consuming. However, it does have a nice menu.
Overall, I definitely recommend it as I think it is the fastest and best in this category, especially for €32, it's a very good price. In comparison to the FX-991ES Plus 2nd Ed., it is worth it, as it is much faster and more advanced. Check out comparison videos like I did on YouTube, and you will see that it is faster than both the ES and the EX. Also, I think the difference with the ES is not very big, around €5, so spend a bit more for the CW. The CW also has a much nicer screen than the ES. Only if you found the EX in some unbelievable way (I couldn't) could you possibly consider it if you mainly liked the design or don't like the new menu. Otherwise, the CW is better in every way (after all, it is the successor to the EX).

Φοβερό εργαλείο για φοιτητές θετικών επιστημών / πολυτεχνικών σχολών. Είναι πάρα πολύ γρήγορο, πιο γρήγορο και από το επίσης φοβερό Casio FX-991EX και κατά πολύ από το Casio FX-991ES Plus 2nd Edition σε απαιτητικούς υπολογισμούς όπως ολοκληρώματα. Αναφέρω τα δύο παραπάνω διότι συχνά αυτά είναι οι "ανταγωνιστές" του, ή τουλάχιστον εγώ ήμουν ανάμεσα σε αυτά.
Να πω ότι κι εγώ αρχικά έψαχνα να βρω το περίφημο Casio FX-991EX όμως αντιλήφθηκα ότι πλέον δεν εισάγεται / πωλείται και έχει αντικατασταθεί από αυτό το FX-991CW. Το νέο CW είναι ακόμη πιο γρήγορο (έχει μεγαλύτερη υπολογιστική ισχύ), κάποια παραπάνω functions και ανανεωμένο design. Προσωπικά μου άρεσε το design του EX και το ήθελα, φαινόταν κάπως πιο στιβαρό και είχε κάποια μεταλλικά πλήκτρα, σε αντίθεση με αυτό, το οποίο έχει ένα πιο απλό και λιτό (΄ίσως όμως και πιο σοβαρό) μαύρο design.
Μεγάλη αλλαγή φαίνεται να έχει το μενού του, που ναι μεν ίσως πιο φιλικό προς τον χρήστη με εικονίδια κτλ, όμως το αρνητικό είναι ότι πλέον για να κάνεις π.χ. μετατροπή από πολικές σε καρτεσιανές συντεταγμένες (POL -> REC) δεν μπορείς κατευθείαν με κάποιο πλήκτρο, αλλά πρέπει να πας στο μενού πατώντας 2-3 πλήκτρα, οπότε ίσως λίγο πιο χρονοβόρο. Έχει εντούτοις όμως ωραίο μενού.
Γενικότερα, το συνιστώ ασφαλώς καθώς σε αυτή την κατηγορία νομίζω είναι ό,τι πιο γρήγορο και καλό υπάρχει, ειδικά για 32€ είναι πολύ καλή τιμή. Και δηλαδή σε σχέση με το FX-991ES Plus 2nd Ed. αξίζει καλύτερα, είναι πολύ ταχύτερο και πιο προηγμένο. Δείτε αντίστοιχα βιντεάκια σύγκρισης όπως είδα κι εγώ στο Youtube, και θα δείτε ότι είναι ταχύτερο και από το ES και από το EX. Επίσης η διαφορά νομίζω με το ES δεν είναι πολύ μεγάλη, νομίζω γύρω στα 5€ οπότε δώστε τα καλύτερα για το CW. Έχει και πολύ πιο ωραία οθόνη το CW από το ES. Μόνο αν βρίσκατε κατά κάποιον απίστευτο τρόπο (εγώ δεν κατάφερα) το EX θα μπορούσατε ενδεχομένως να σκεφτείτε κι εκείνο αν σας άρεσε κυρίως το Design ή δεν σας αρέσει το νέο μενού. Κατά τ' άλλα το CW είναι σε όλα καλύτερο (άλλωστε είναι και ο αντικαταστάτης του EX).

Εν ολίγοις, πολύ γρήγορο, προηγμένη τεχνολογία με πάρα πολλά functions κτλ, ηλιακό πάνελ (solar) εννοείται...
