Φυσικά. Δεν μπορούν να τις πάρουν μόνο αν παίρνουν αντιπηκτικά φάρμακα, καθώς η Κ2 πήζει το αίμα. Γενικότερα όμως, ενδείκνυται για ηλικιωμένους.
