After the third return, I managed to get an intact product. The base from the bottom, I don't know what material it is made of, breaks very easily. From what I can understand, it is a mixture of glue with "recycled" materials (garbage). The rest of the part seems decent. If you are close, it is quite good for warmth. Now, if you put it on a balcony or in a large room, only the person sitting underneath will get warm. I wouldn't buy it again due to the quality of the base. Don't get involved.
