Description

Description

The electric scooter Egoboo Go 100 S is ideal for your daily city commutes, whether it's to work, shopping, or leisure rides. It is suitable for those who want to travel quickly, economically, and ecologically, avoiding traffic, parking stress, and the emission of pollutants that contaminate the atmosphere. It is practical, foldable, lightweight, and at the same time sturdy in its construction, to safely transport you to your destination. The 350W motor will allow you to climb small hills and reach a maximum speed of 25 km/h on a flat road. Its battery offers a range of 30 km so you can travel comfortably without the stress of recharging. It features front suspension to compensate for road vibrations (e.g., sidewalks, potholes), making the ride smoother and more enjoyable for longer distances. It is designed for riders up to 100 kg. The closer you are to this limit, the more likely the scooter's performance may be reduced.

Robust and powerful

The robust 10-inch Honeycomb tires, the powerful 300W motor, and the E-Brake system integrated into the EGOBOO GO 100S provide the rider with a comfortable and reliable riding experience. The durable metal body and the careful welding of the individual parts offer an excellent aesthetic and functional result, any time of the day.

Easy folding

A key feature of a vehicle is its flexible design. Folding the EGOBOO GO 100S, which is done with the press of a button, takes only a few seconds, while its handlebar turns into an excellent handle. Weighing just 14 kilograms, thanks to its body made from a special alloy, it is easy to carry everywhere.

Nice machine for one to two years it covered enough distance with daily use. Shortly after, it started malfunctioning with code E2 on the gas. Unfortunately, support is minimal as it is a generic Chinese product, imported by a shady small company somewhere in Thessaloniki, one of those that appear and disappear out of nowhere.

I had the product for about 16 months and suddenly it stopped working.
It was covered by the warranty and I sent it to the dealership for inspection and repair.

After a long period of time, they replied that I had to pay 240€ for:
    1. Battery replacement (they said the battery was not covered by the warranty)
    2. Motor replacement because there was moisture in the motor (the scooter never stayed outdoors and never got wet, I told them it was a material defect and they did not admit it).
    3. They also told me that the screen needed to be replaced and they would do it due to warranty.
The result was that they did not even replace the screen since I refused to pay for the battery and motor repair.
They returned the scooter to me of course without being repaired and I never received the inspection report stating what problem the scooter had and the reasons why the warranty did not cover it.
    They only answered by phone.
When I asked for a technical report explaining why the repair was not covered by the warranty that was in effect from the store where I received the scooter (after returning it from the dealership), they told me that there is no technical report.

I am waiting for the service I sent for repair. I temporarily withdraw my positive review and I am waiting for the final outcome of the service I sent to Thessaloniki via public. The scooter is like new and after a ride of the little one, I put it for charging, it charged normally but never turned on again. And of course, the service is asking me for 140 euros for a battery replacement which is not covered by the warranty at all as the user below mentions. I have photos showing the day I sent it that the battery outputs 36.8 volts and works normally (the battery)? I am waiting for the final decision after explaining all the details I had to them. Of course, I also ask for the old battery back since I have its serial number. I hope it doesn't come back short-circuited. If they insist, I will take the matter to consumer protection. If they treat me as a dealership should, I will return with an excellent review. I am fair and I want to be treated fairly.
