I had the product for about 16 months and suddenly it stopped working.
It was covered by the warranty and I sent it to the dealership for inspection and repair.
After a long period of time, they replied that I had to pay 240€ for:
1. Battery replacement (they said the battery was not covered by the warranty)
2. Motor replacement because there was moisture in the motor (the scooter never stayed outdoors and never got wet, I told them it was a material defect and they did not admit it).
3. They also told me that the screen needed to be replaced and they would do it due to warranty.
The result was that they did not even replace the screen since I refused to pay for the battery and motor repair.
They returned the scooter to me of course without being repaired and I never received the inspection report stating what problem the scooter had and the reasons why the warranty did not cover it.
They only answered by phone.
When I asked for a technical report explaining why the repair was not covered by the warranty that was in effect from the store where I received the scooter (after returning it from the dealership), they told me that there is no technical report.

Παίρνω πίσω την θετική μου αξιολόγηση προσωρινά και περιμένω την τελική έκβαση του σέρβις που το έστειλα στην Θεσσαλονίκη μέσω του public. Το πατινι ειναι σαν καινούριο και μετά από μια βόλτα του μικρού το έβαλα για φόρτιση , φορτισε κανονικά αλλά δεν ξανά άνοιξε ποτέ. Και φυσικά το σέρβις μου ζητάει 140 ευρώ για αντικατάσταση μπαταρίας η οποία Δεν είναι στην εγγύηση όλως αναφέρει και ο χρήστης παρακάτω. Εγώ έχω φωτογραφίες που δείχνει την ημέρα που το έστειλα ότι η μπαταρία βγάζει 36.8 βολτ και λειτουργεί κανονικά (η μπαταρία );. Περιμένω την τελικη απόφαση αφού τους εξήγησα όλα τα στοιχεία που είχα. Φυσικά ζητάω και την παλιά μπαταρία πίσω αφού έχω και τo serial number της. Ελπίζω να μην έρθει βραχυκυκλωμενη. Αν επιμείνουν θα το πάω την υπόθεση στην προστασία καταναλωτών. Αν φερθούν σαν αντιπροσωπεία όπως πρέπει θα επανέλθω σε άριστη αξιολόγηση. Είμαι δίκαιος και θέλω να με αντιμετωπίζουν δίκαια.
