    The issue is that there is no longer any support from the subsidiary in Greece.

    I bought it in September 2024. When I needed something twice, both via e-mail and Facebook, their response was immediate.

    However, it seems that things have changed.
    Now, their Facebook page doesn't even exist, and they don't reply to repeated e-mails.

    They didn't answer the phone.

    Judging from the other reviews I see for TCL Greece with 1.7 stars, it seems there is no future

    G25 processor... It is inferior for 2023. The price of 100 and 90 euros is unrealistic for the processor it has. It has other negatives such as not having a charger, only 32 gigabytes, Android Go to struggle with the poor processor, and many other things. Objectively, the price does not correspond to the product. Obviously, it is aimed at people who will enter a store and do not know about technology. For 70 euros, I consider it as an option for basic use.

    After 2 months of use, I am completely satisfied with the mobile phone. It does what it promises, clear calls, excellent wifi response, in a room with 25 people when someone sends a message to our group on Viber, my phone rings first and then the others, social media app usage without any difficulty, photos and videos not so good resolution. The only negative thing is that it doesn't come with a charger and case in its packaging.
    Conclusion for the money it costs and knowing the capabilities of the device I purchased, I can say that I am not just satisfied but excited.

    Negatives: 1) The worst processor on the market compared to any phone with Android go (which is used for weak processors). This phone has the weakest processor with the known measurements of a reliable site.

    2) It heats up in a simple video within three minutes.

    3) Low-resolution camera, only 13 megapixels, which seems like 5.

    4) The battery seems to drain quickly, probably due to the poor performance of the processor.

    5) It has Android go and not the regular version, which rarely causes issues such as apps crashing or certain pages not opening.

    6) It doesn't come with a charger. Seriously, like the iPhone you guys made and didn't include a charger. Unacceptable.

    7) It has dual speakers, but the second speaker on the top is the earpiece for calls, so it's positioned in a way that it feels like you're on speakerphone. It's not located where you put your ear, so there's no privacy. You have to lower the volume completely, but it's still inconvenient to put your ear there to listen without others hearing.

    8) It once refused to turn on and got stuck on the TCL logo, and it had plenty of empty gigabytes. The whole thing is just terrible.

    Positives: 1) It doesn't freeze during simple internet video usage.

    2) The screen is good, not with a high resolution, but it doesn't strain the eyes.

    G25 processor... It is inferior for 2023. The price of 100 and 90 euros is unrealistic for the processor it has. It has other negatives such as not having a charger, only 32 gigabytes, Android Go to struggle with the poor processor, and many other things. Objectively, the price does not correspond to the product. Obviously, it is aimed at people who will enter a store and do not know about technology. For 70 euros, I consider it as an option for basic use.

    After 2 months of use, I am completely satisfied with the mobile phone. It does what it promises, clear calls, excellent wifi response, in a room with 25 people when someone sends a message to our group on Viber, my phone rings first and then the others, social media app usage without any difficulty, photos and videos not so good resolution. The only negative thing is that it doesn't come with a charger and case in its packaging.
    Conclusion for the money it costs and knowing the capabilities of the device I purchased, I can say that I am not just satisfied but excited.

    Strange phone.

    Negatives: 1) The worst processor on the market compared to any phone with Android go (which is used for weak processors). This phone has the weakest processor with the known measurements of a reliable site.

    2) It heats up in a simple video within three minutes.

    3) Low-resolution camera, only 13 megapixels, which seems like 5.

    4) The battery seems to drain quickly, probably due to the poor performance of the processor.

    5) It has Android go and not the regular version, which rarely causes issues such as apps crashing or certain pages not opening.

    6) It doesn't come with a charger. Seriously, like the iPhone you guys made and didn't include a charger. Unacceptable.

    7) It has dual speakers, but the second speaker on the top is the earpiece for calls, so it's positioned in a way that it feels like you're on speakerphone. It's not located where you put your ear, so there's no privacy. You have to lower the volume completely, but it's still inconvenient to put your ear there to listen without others hearing.

    8) It once refused to turn on and got stuck on the TCL logo, and it had plenty of empty gigabytes. The whole thing is just terrible.

    Positives: 1) It doesn't freeze during simple internet video usage.

    2) The screen is good, not with a high resolution, but it doesn't strain the eyes.

    3) Dual speakers.

    It is aimed at those who are clueless and will fall for it. It was purchased from a reputable store out of necessity for 100 euros. I wouldn't even say it's worth 70 euros compared to the competition. Just because it does something well doesn't mean we should pay a fortune for it.

    I bought it solely for the NFC technology it has.

    The issue is that there is no longer any support from the subsidiary in Greece.

    I bought it in September 2024. When I needed something twice, both via e-mail and Facebook, their response was immediate.

    However, it seems that things have changed.
    Now, their Facebook page doesn't even exist, and they don't reply to repeated e-mails.

    They didn't answer the phone.

    Judging from the other reviews I see for TCL Greece with 1.7 stars, it seems there is no future
