Το χρησιμοποιώ σε καθημερινή βάση, μετά από καλό καθαρισμό των σημείων του σώματος στα οποία θέλω να το εφαρμόσω. Η εφαρμογή γίνεται με την χρήση βαμβακιού και κατά προτίμηση τις βραδινές ώρες πριν τον ύπνο.
