The edible colors from Squires Kitchen are specifically designed for pastry chefs and confectioners. They mix very easily with each other, allowing you to create the shades you desire.
They are perfect for coloring:
Add a few drops of color at a time until you achieve the shade you want. You can color directly onto sugar plates to create a watercolor effect, and you can also use them with an airbrush. Finally, you can add liquid color to the water when boiling eggs to dye them a beautiful pastel shade.
For every 500g of mixture/decorating, add 8 to 10 drops of liquid color. More can be used in one specific area, however, less should be used elsewhere to maintain the average.
