This specific arm is a very sturdy construction that will securely hold a 24+ inch screen, and while it is not too "rigid" to make it difficult for someone to adjust, the adjustment will not be ruined with a simple touch or over time (it does not sag). The cables pass internally through the horizontal part of the arm and are only visible in the vertical tube.

The arm essentially clamps onto the metal tube which, as shown in the photo with a 24" screen, can also "accommodate" other accessories (e.g. mini-PC stand, like in my case, or a second monitor arm/laptop stand). Personally, I found this to be particularly convenient. Just be cautious because the tube seems relatively thick and larger in diameter compared to other stands from the same manufacturer.

What can I say about this product. Sturdy construction, easy to assemble and use. I recommend it without a second thought.

P.S. I bought two more of the same bases as the user experience is amazing.

It was purchased for about 23 euros, while for a long time it was around 32-33, and I can say that at this price there is nothing better! I wanted to free up space in my office and at the same time improve ergonomics as I am in front of a computer all day, which often leads to problems. I can confidently say that I achieved my goal! Specifically, I can't imagine anyone wanting something more ergonomic, the height it can reach is incredible (before I had books under an already high and adjustable factory monitor stand) to the point where you would have to be 2.20 meters tall or have a specific need to require it. It moves easily forward, backward, right, and left, and if you want, it has screws to lock it in place. In the setup you see, I can bring it to the edge of the desk! The adjustments are also made with great ease. The height requires the use of the key to adjust it, but I don't think it will need to be changed frequently. It perfectly supports a 27-inch monitor, and I'm sure it can hold a 32-inch as well, as it claims. I don't have any significant complaints, but I should mention that personally, the cable management it has didn't work for me at all, as the channels are rather narrow if you have 3 cables to pass through like I do, especially if they are thicker. I had to struggle a bit to fit the plastic caps, and in general, I don't like forcing things because sometimes they get damaged. In the end, I realized that this path on the arm squeezes the cables quite a bit, so they don't reach the PC and the power respectively. Eventually, I left them free and only secured them to the base with the clip it has. If you want a perfect cable management at 100%, consider the possibility of getting cables with a longer length or changing the setup if you encounter similar issues. Finally, I would like the rotation to lock in both vertical and horizontal positions, I don't think it would be that difficult, but it's okay, you can find the position with the naked eye or with a level. Now it rotates freely without any stops in these positions and requires quite a bit of force to adjust.
