How to apply films to your lights or anything else:

  • Clean the surfaces with a cleaner or degreaser.
  • Pull the lantern film and cut enough material to cover the surface.
  • Remove the adhesive protective tape from the vinyl and spray the adhesive side with water.
  • Spray water on the lantern and carefully apply and align the film.
  • Make sure the lantern film is evenly distributed.
  • Heat the film in areas where it does not adhere.
  • After installation, trim the excess and reheat the edges.
