    At 13900ks for 1 year with T30 fans and contact frame, it cools 330-340w in 15l cinebench with only 3-4 cores lightly throttling at 100c. Stock CPU without OC and generally below 300w handles it very easily.
    Easily recommended for Intel LGA1700 systems.

    The cooler, due to the misinformation I observe, is a simple standard radiator with a thickness of 27mm.. but the AIO plate it has is very good with exceptional flatness and makes very good contact compared to almost all the competition in the market. In short, top plate+pump with standard issue heatsink, ideal for gaming builds, for all core productivity loads for long periods of time you may need to look for an AIO with a thicker heatsink and/or 420 fan size.

    2 were purchased together for 2 different systems, one AMD (5950X) and one INTEL (13700k).
    Both PCs mainly run programs (intel Sketchup/VRay and AMD LightRoom & DaVinci). Both were subjected to "bullying" for 8 hours and then a simple stress test for 4 hours with Cinebench before being delivered. Both the 13700k and the 5950X were easily handled by the LT720 because neither of them managed to push it to its limits (of course, with all auto settings and no manual overclock). Of course, when we tried to overclock them, we heard the fans working, but not in a setting that an average user would have on a daily basis. In the O11 Dynamic, the other 6 Arctic 120mm fans drowned out the noise of the LT720, and overall, there was quietness in the everyday use of the 2 PCs.

    In terms of gaming, which personally I consider irrelevant since I only play games with headphones, the fans of the LT720 were not audible.

    1) 13700k = In Cinebench, it managed to pull 315W with a maximum temperature of 54C (No Power Limits).
    2) 5950X = In Cinebench, with x100 PBO, it managed to pull 243W with a maximum temperature of 58C.
