  • Big revelation for me, the Icon! After 2-3 Shoei, Shark, and HJC helmets, all over €350, I decided to get a second helmet for more... everyday use. And it became my main helmet.

In the city, after two summers of heatwaves, it's the only helmet in all these years of riding that truly kept me cool. The Hyperdry lining is actually a very serious and excellent feature of the helmet, as is the central upper air vent that ends in a four-channel groove, which really kept me comfortable in tough conditions (Athens center, Kifisos traffic, etc.), as cool as a helmet can keep you. The chin vent is also very practical, always open, extremely convenient, and works perfectly even in cold/rain for the visor.

On trips where I wore it, cautiously and experimentally at first, it was a revelation. No shaking on a naked bike from the wind, straight road to Thiva at 180+ km/h. Excellent peripheral field of vision, little and barely noticeable noise for my ears, it really impressed me and now I only wear this one. An HJC V10 sits in its bag at home.

I see comments about its weight—guys, since 22.06, weights have changed for all brands, check them and you'll see, all > 1,500-1,600 grams. I'm not saying it's light, but on your head you won't have any weight issues; personally, I didn't, even when I did 750 km in one day in the summer and was fine in terms of fit and fatigue.

I'm a true 56 (diameter), I wear Small and it fits me perfectly.

Whenever I needed a replacement visor or visor mechanism, they served me perfectly, both the Americans, who you can easily talk to on Facebook and always respond, and the store where I bought it on 26 Raidestou St. in Nea Smyrni.

I have the best impressions after 1.5 years, I consider it a very underrated company with excellently crafted helmets that "work" perfectly and, in fact, at prices where other companies should be as well, but they've gotten too big for their boots and act like they're GSXR1000...
