    It is not for performance and races as it has so much foam that sinks the foot with every step. But they are incredibly soft and absorb a lot of shock. For amateur running or walking, they are great. For races, choose another one

    After years of using Nike invincible 2, I decided to change shoes by studying many reviews on runrepeat. I chose the new balance x more 4 as they had the same characteristics as the invincible plus a heel to toe drop of 4 millimeters instead of 9. According to experts, a smaller drop in height puts less strain on the knees. Additionally, with sufficient cushioning and flexibility, I believe that these shoes are a better choice than the invincible. Note: I use athletic shoes daily due to patellar tendinitis. Regular exercise is considered necessary.

    Update 12-03-2024: After one year of use, I have concluded that the shoe is fantastic. It does not hurt my knee or arches, and it is very comfortable. There are no damages on the upper part. I am sure that I will buy another pair now that they are still available.
