The MegaFitness 123456 mouthguard is a single mouthguard made of silicone. It is moulded using the boil-and-bite method to fit the upper teeth, and is intended for contact sports such as boxing, kickboxing, martial arts, football, basketball and hockey. It includes a carrying case for protection and storage.

To mould it, place it in boiling water for 20–30 seconds, then in cold water for 1 second. Next, fit it over the upper teeth, press it with your tongue and fingers, and bite down gently to remove any air and water. Leave it in cold water to harden. The process can be repeated if needed.
